Idora Park: A Historic Look Back
Dr. Rick Shale, professor of English at Youngstown State University and author of "Idora Park: The Last Ride of Summer", will take an historic look back at Idora Park from its beginning as a terminal park to its final closing in 1984. Dr. Shale's years of research on Youngstown's iconic amusement park has established him as an expert on Idora Park, its impact on local families and the community. Come and ask questions you always wanted to know about the park.
