The Eden Center at Park Vista offers a unique and sensitive program dedicated to serving persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory disorders. It is especially meaningful for individuals who can benefit from daily activities within a homelike setting. The Eden Center is limited to 14 residents and promotes a holistic approach to care.

Apartments feature Individually controlled heating and air conditioning • Choice of apartment sizes • Showers/tubs bench seats with grab bars • Wall-to-wall carpeting • Pre-wired for telephone, cable TV and Internet • Spacious closets and storage • Window treatments • Emergency call system • Sprinklers and smoke/fire alarms

Your monthly fee includes Daily nutritious meals and snacks • Housekeeping services and daily trash removal • Assistance with bathing and/or dressing • Medication assistance/supervision • Daily personal laundry services • Fresh set of towels daily and sheets weekly • All utilities except telephone and cable TV • Scheduled transportation • Reminders and guidance for daily activities • 24-hour personal care assistance • Secure living area
